Business Development Manager (remote)

As our Business Development Manager, you will drive growth for our turnkey RFID Solutions business.

At the dawn of Industry 4.0 and the age of digitisation, Turck Vilant Systems is at the very heart of data needed to drive companies to the next level. Our industrial customers streamline their processes, redefine their operations, find new business and reduce waste with the help of the data collected by us.

With the economy growing fast, we too see the business really taking off and thus, we are now looking to reinforce our Sales team in the hopes of you being the Business Development Manager that helps us rise to the next level and leverage the transition on the market.

What to expect from this position

Your ideal day with us will start with finding sales opportunities, continues with nurturing existing customers and ends with you closing a deal. Your approach to selling is consultative, and you ask your customer as many questions it takes to understand their business. By recognizing their bottlenecks and their chances to reduce manual labour, you will help increase their productivity and even create new business models.

This position is best suited for someone who is used to working from their home office. You could be located for example in Finland, Sweden or Germany.

What do we expect from you

You have experience in working with external customers, in a sales role. You listen, you ask questions and you love to learn.

Further qualifications we are looking for in a candidate

  • Proven track record in consultative sales
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Fluency in business English. Ability to speak Swedish, German or French will be considered an advantage
