Turck Vilant Systems’ mother company Turck awarded as one of Germany’s top Employers
Turck is one of the top employers in Germany. This is the result of a ranking that Focus Business published in collaboration with Xing and Kununu. Of the 1000 candidates Turck took 83rd place in the overall ranking for Germany. The family-owned company was placed even higher in the ranking for the “Electronics and electrical engineering” sector. Here Turck took 5th place.
“The prize confirms that our continuous commitment to keeping Turck an attractive employer and making it even more attractive is bearing fruit. This is a particular challenge, especially at our current rate of growth,” says Turck managing director, Christian Pauli. Daniela Leppler, director human resources at Turck headquarters in Mülheim, is particularly pleased “that so many co-workers recommend Turck as an employer. This is also a good selling point in the contest to attract the employees of tomorrow.”

To determine the top 1000 employers in the country, market research institute Statista evaluated over 127,000 assessments from employees – coming from an independent online survey, a survey of Xing members and also the latest data from Kununu. A key factor was whether employees would recommend their own employer to others. The data from the previous year was also included in the analysis with a small weighting. The employers included in the top lists were all awarded the title “Top National Employer 2018”.
