When we launched our Showroom event in 2023, our main goal was one: to give everyone the opportunity to see our technology in action, to show what RFID and RTLS can actually do in real life. That is how our first RFID Showroom began, and now, after two years, we proudly hosted our sixth edition, this time together with SIB Solutions and Limowa.
Hearing something is one thing; seeing it play out under your own eyes makes it real.
Our Managing Director, Heikki Haavisto, opened the event with warm thanks, followed by SiB Solutions and Limowa, who presented themselves and shared their expertise before moving into the main program.
RFID, RTLS and camara systems bring full control to logistics
We designed the event to be more than presentations, we wanted real conversations and a rich experience, that is why we split into two groups:
- Group “Forklift” visited our Demoroom, where live demonstrations showed how RFID, RTLS, and camera systems can be deployed in realistic logistics settings. They could see the solution testing, real-life applications on how these tools deliver full control over operations. Our Director of Products and Technology, Henrik Nyman, went through a RFID Showroom introduction tour, including showcasing two illustrative videos:
- Group “Gate” attended our keynote presentation by Tomas Önnemar, from Nowaste Logistics, a valued customer, who shared how RFID and video analytics transformed their logistics operations.

Afterwards, the groups switched to ensure everyone enjoyed both experiences. This format also allowed time for one-on-one conversations, questions, and more personal interactions—not just passive listening.
Later, we gathered again for an inspiring talk by Professor Ari Happonen from LUT University, who spoke on future trends and technology—especially the rapid advances in 3D modeling and spatial tools, from area point clouds to individual objects.
We closed the event with a shared lunch, because beyond technology, these showroom days are also about bringing people together.
Why do we do it?
Hosting this sixth demo day confirmed something important: the need and hunger for authentic and visible proof. We can explain technology, but belief, confidence, and understanding grow when you see it for yourself.
